Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
SignProof Pro and Studio are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we will review your request. Because mockups consume rendering resources immediately, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for unused or duplicate charges. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation
To cancel, email hello@aiskillhub.info from your registered address or use the cancel option in your dashboard. There is no cancellation fee.
