This policy explains how SignProof handles your data, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and GDPR principles.

What we collect

• Images you upload (storefront photos, logos) — used only to render your mockup. They are processed in memory and are not stored long-term or shared.
• Email & shop name — only when you sign up, join the waitlist, or start checkout, so we can contact you about your account.
• Usage events — anonymous counts (e.g. mockups rendered, proofs downloaded) to improve the product.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded logos or photos to train models. We do not share your data with third parties except our payment processor (for billing) when you purchase a plan.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card details; they are processed securely by the payment provider.
